IV,Rack type track lifting machine use method
Lift the track (lifting) operation ---- place the machine vertically under the rail or heavy object using the hook tongue of the rack, insert the crowbar into the holes of the rocker rod, and use the crowbar to lift the track bar or heavy object to the required height step by step.
Quick descent (unloading) operation ---- lift the crowbar up so that the rocker bar moves upward at a certain Angle, the top surface of the starting gear plate is removed from the tooth surface of the rack , pull the starting gear plate back to insert its teeth into the tail triangle groove of the brake gear plate , and then press down the crowbar to achieve quick descent (unloading).
Slow down operation ---- When the height of one or two teeth needs to be reduced after lifting, the operation is as follows: The crowbar belt is shaken down 4, so that the brake gear plate is free from the rack is not loaded, pull the brake gear plate 6, slowly relax the crowbar to make the rack off one tooth, and then relax the brake gear plate to make its teeth into the rack on the upper tooth, relax the crowbar to make the brake gear plate stressed, at this time start the gear plate is not stressed, and then gently lift the crowbar. Pull the starting gear plate  so that the tip of its teeth into the rack upper teeth. In this way, the operation of lifting down the height of a tooth is completed. V,Rack type track machine use precautions

1. Before working on the rack type track lifting machine, check whether there is any fault or damage, and whether the no-load operation is flexible.
2. The crowbar is recommended to be made of steel pipe, with an outer diameter of Φ40-50mm, wall thickness of 4-5mm, length of 1.5 meters, and a slight taper at one end.
3. When descending slowly, the operator should stand on the side of the crowbar, and do not extend the hand too close when pulling the tooth plate to prevent chafing.

VI,Care and maintenance
1. When the lifting machine is not used for a long time and the lifting operation is not flexible, it should be checked whether there is rust or dirt in the rotating and sliding parts, if there is, it should be clear and add lubricating oil (oil and butter can be used).
2. When there is a fault in slow fall, it should be checked whether the slow fall wire plate is offset, whether the wire plate shaft is bent and deformed, and whether the spring is fatigued and elastic. Otherwise, it should be repaired and replaced.
3.If the step rod is pulled to the horizontal position, if it is loose and sagging, tighten the screw M10. If it still fails, replace the positioning spring.
4. Tooth plate, tooth tip serious wear (wear amount ≥2mm) or rack serious wear, tooth tip blunt, affecting lifting, even after lifting light vibration automatic drop, should be replaced with tooth plate and or rack.
5.If the contact surface of the ejector rod arc surface and the lower starting gear plate has serious indentation and frontal impact affecting the speed reduction operation, it should be maintained and polished, and the ejector rod and gear plate should be replaced in serious cases.
6.At the square mouth of the top of the frame, when the wear of more than 2mm affects the lifting, it can be filled with welding treatment (pay attention to the welding to grind flat, no cracks), if it still cannot meet the requirements, then replace the frame.
7.The track lifting machine should be clear of rust and dirt before use. Add lubricating oil to the rotating and sliding parts.
8.After use, it should be clear about sediment and dirt, and lubricate and prevent rust in the rotation and sliding parts. Do not put in the rain, if not used for the time being, should be put in the warehouse.
